Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to oversee day-to-day department operations, including scheduling, training, and maintaining food safety and pricing standards. You will lead a team, manage customer service, and drive growth within a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of management experience and a background in retail, with Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification.

Aufgaben

• Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning and provide career paths, development needs for departments.
• Support disciplinary actions and advise on discharge decisions.
• Attain sales, labor and margin goals for the department.
• Review costs and pricing; maintain proper signage and food safety compliance.
• Train and supervise department teams in the absence of the Dept. Manager.
• Ensure backroom is neat and organized and stock/merchandise is displayed properly.
