Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet needs.
• Promote succession planning and identify development needs.
• Support disciplinary actions and promotion decisions.
• Achieve sales, labor, and margin goals for the department.
• Review goals, costs, shrink results, and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and consult on department products.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and ad-set compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized backroom and stockroom.
