Qualifications

• Any management experience is required.
• 1 year of grocery retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and temperature logs; ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers and maintain logs.
• Report safety risks or issues, including theft or fraud; notify management of accidents.
• Train associates on inventory, stocking, and CAO; plan and supervise the inventory process.
• Schedule daily, weekly and monthly price changes by updating shelf tags and promotional signs.
• Assist store management in preparing budget, P&L reviews, and respond to financial reports.
• Mentor and develop associates; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
