• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags.
• Assist with budgeting, P&L reviews and financial reporting.
• Monitor and control department expenses.
• Communicate promotions and seasonal ads to staff.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Collaborate with associates to achieve store goals.
• Provide guidance and feedback through performance reviews.
