Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pick guests' orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently when picking, staging, and completing orders.
• Greet guests properly and review orders.
• Safely bag, handle, and load orders.
• Record variances on guest pick lists.
• Maintain records for program and store teammates.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software.
• Keep the LFTG station and equipment in good condition.
• Report service issues to support resources and management.
• Promote the program in-store and carry out outreach.
• Assist with marketing activities in the community.
• Provide guest services such as bagging and locating products.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Handle other duties assigned by management.
