Aufgaben

• Engage peers to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers including an exceptional checkout experience.
• Communicate with team members and assigning daily work tasks.
• Mentor and coach other team members to ensure customer service and sales goals are exceeded.
• Support training new team members/cross-training high potential talent.
• Work with leadership on department schedule writing to focus on team member engagement, improving customer service, store sales and profitability.
• Ensure freshness of products by monitoring rotation and dating policies.
• Guide the team in compliance with food safety standards and safe operations.
• Lead team members to manage ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and product display.
• Operate a register and cash handling when needed.
• Operate powered equipment, where applicable.
• Participate in period end inventories to help achieve goals.
• May lead in other departments when needed.
