Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with 1 year managerial or supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior and a positive attitude toward customers.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and maintain staff.
• Strong focus on detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Food Safety certification and knowledge of regulations and standards.
• Strong organization and planning skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift and transfer items up to 60 lbs.
• Flexibility in work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
