Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager in Mesa, AZ to oversee bulk foods, packing, stocking and pricing. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and product presentation at the bulk area.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail grocery with at least 1 year of managerial leadership, plus flexibility for nights and weekends. You will drive customer service excellence and collaborate with store leadership on staffing and promotions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1–2 years in retail grocery
• 1 year of managerial leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of weekly sales, margins, and goals
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk department maintenance, packing, stocking and pricing of bulk goods
• Manage inventory, rotate products by date, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews
• Schedule staff and adjust staffing to meet store needs
• Ensure customer service excellence and product presentation in bulk area
• Collaborate with Store Manager on promotions, transfers and hiring
