Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA in California seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the South California territory. You will manage existing accounts and prospect new business in a fast-paced, B2B environment, building strong customer relationships and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, strong planning, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office. Travel within the territory is expected, with a target-driven compensation structure including a car

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
• Experience in food, packaging, janitorial, or related distribution industries preferred.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Ability to plan daily/weekly sales activities and travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing customer relationships to grow accounts.
• Prospect new business and increase sales across territory.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
• Implement pricing strategies and forecast sales with leadership.
• Plan weekly visits and report monthly priorities.
