Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking a proactive outside Sales Representative for the Redistribution/R3 group to drive growth across the Southwest territory. This field-based role combines account management with new business development in a B2B environment, requiring travel and strong relationship-building skills.

You will build customer relationships, handle inquiries, support pricing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
• Experience in food/service packaging or related distribution markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the geography.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by prospecting and growing new accounts.
• Manage and expand existing relationships with exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Present monthly recaps of sales priorities to leadership.
• Develop pricing strategies and forecast demand with teams.
• Visit customers 3-4 days per week; work from home office other days.
