Job summary

ReaderLink Distribution Services seeks an Account Representative, Grocery & Drug to manage inventory, item setup, SKU management, and sales orders. You will act as a primary liaison to ensure service levels meet customer needs and coordinate with distribution centers and field staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Salary range is competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Fast learner, team player and proactive problem solver.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales in day-to-day key customer account activities.
• Act as key customer liaison to ensure outstanding service.
• Manage daily customer ordering, scheduling and tracking.
• Respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Coordinate with ReaderLink distribution centers and field staff.
• Analyze sales trends and develop reporting metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
