Job summary

ReaderLink Distribution Services is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support production planning and daily warehouse operations. The role includes auditing outbound orders, compiling productivity data in Excel, and preparing reports to improve efficiency.

You will interact with truck drivers and maintain accurate shipping documentation. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Office experience or equivalent education/experience may be substituted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends.
• Able to perform essential duties at a fixed computer station.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production planning for warehouse.
• Audit outbound orders and establish database for planning.
• Compile productivity and weekly labor data in Excel.
• Analyze historical information to determine performance.
• Prepare reports from warehouse data and research issues.
• Schedule loads for delivery or pickup and manage dock assignments.
• Maintain product data files and reconcile inventory variances.
• Interact with outside truck drivers and print shipping documents.
