Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Inventory Support Associate to maintain accurate inventory levels across grocery warehouses. You will evaluate discrepancies, enter data into warehouse systems, and support receiving and shipping teams while communicating with customers in distribution networks.

The role involves routine audits, data entry, and maintaining organized files to support efficient operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

Highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse.
Experience or familiarity with distribution environments is preferred.
Able to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory of all departments within the distribution center.
Perform quality control and auditing responsibilities.
Conduct perpetual cycle counts and other count requirements within timeframes.
Monitor warehouse conditions and initiate resolution of issues.
Notify leads for product discrepancies and use reports to investigate inventory discrepancies.
Maintain organized files for department responsibilities for easy access to information.
Perform daily warehouse duties in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Suggest process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.
