Job summary

Dutch Farms, Inc. is seeking a Full Service Account Manager to perform in-store duties across selected grocery stores. You will manage stock, rotate displays, and prepare orders for upcoming deliveries.

Daily shelf inventories and back stock maintenance are required, with attention to product freshness and timely communication with store managers. The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to work independently within a team in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate clearly with customers
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate written records
• Able to learn each store's backstocking and product display methods
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift, and rotate items; PDL 30–40 lbs, occasional 75 lbs
• Fluent English communication; works well in a diverse team
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Performs work in selected grocery stores as directed by the Sales Manager
• Orders, stocks, and rotates company product displays
• Take current shelf inventory through daily store visits
• Maintain store back stock and fill shelves as needed
• Rotate stock so newest products are placed last on the shelf
• Write orders for next deliveries based on back stock levels
• Monitor promotions and display space and place orders accordingly
• Report any dated items or shrink to the store manager or dairy/grocery supervisor
