Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years related experience or higher education allowed.
• Must be at least 18; 21+ to drive for company business where applicable.
• Certifications as listed in the ad (food safety, HIPAA, AML, etc.).
• Experience with grocery department operations and safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop department staff; interview, hire, train, and discipline as needed.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; monitor performance and address issues.
• Review historical data to predict sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and display standards.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and customer service standards.
