Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience.
• Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications required.
• AML, HIPAA, and TABC/LACT/AATC certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan and direct work.
• Review data to predict sales; manage inventory and P&L reporting.
• Maintain sales performance, product quality and safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and customer service excellence.
