99 Ranch Market in Edison, NJ is seeking a Store Management Trainee to rotate through departments and learn store operations. The program runs for 6 to 8 months, after which successful trainees are assigned to a store to manage SOPs, product knowledge, planning, ordering, and supervision of staff.

Requirements include 1–3 years in related fields (1 year supervision preferred), ability to lift 25+ lbs, and a willingness to relocate for training.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience; 1 year of management/supervisor experience preferred.
• Able to work with varying temperatures and equipment.
• Must lift 25+ lbs and stand long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; willing to relocate for training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations and meet company standards.
• Design store promotion plans with management to meet sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensure freshness, and keep shelves stocked.
• Order products based on inventory, promotions, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance reviews for staff.
