Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Manager in organizing work and staffing, training and scheduling associates to ensure prompt customer service.
• Respond to customer and associate questions, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Use CAO to order appropriate quantities and track receipts and on-hand balance.
• Price and display merchandise; maintain signage, rotation, freshness and space allocation.
• Promote merchandising techniques, customer service, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on dress code, sanitation and safe work environment.
