• Complete training in grocery operation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and planning daily grocery operations to optimize materials and staff.
• Ensure displays are appealing and maintain great customer service.
• Support department manager and act in their absence.
• Assist with inventory, security, and expense control of the department.
• Coordinate with store team to meet merchandising goals and budgets.
• Conduct weekly associate meetings and training as needed.
