Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review historical data to forecast sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory and ensure in-stock levels; monitor shrink and labor data.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and product quality.
• Open/close the store and ensure adequate staffing for coverage.
