• Report safety risks or incidents, including theft or fraud, and notify management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions and activities for the department.
• Support day-to-day Groceries operations.
• Train department associates on inventory/CAO and on performance expectations.
• Plan, organize and supervise inventory processes and pricing changes.
• Collaborate with store management to meet department and store goals.
• Coach direct reports and provide performance feedback.
