Responsabilidades

• Directs and controls the Grocery Department operations, directing associates and department managers.
• Plans, organizes and directs day-to-day Grocery Department operations including dairy and frozen foods.
• Maintains inventory, pricing, signage, merchandising and product rotation to meet company policies.
• Supervises hiring, training, scheduling and performance management of Grocery Department staff.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation and labor regulations; communicates goals and results to Store Director.
