Job summary

• Direct and coordinate total store operations and department managers in the Store Director's absence.
• Manage Grocery Department day-to-day operations, including inventory, pricing, rotation, and back-room organization.
• Order grocery products, maintain stock, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Supervise receiving, stocking, merchandising, and signage; monitor sales and labor metrics.
• Schedule department staff and participate in hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and grooming/dress standards.
