Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; 2+ years related experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory to ensure in-stock levels.
• Review profit/loss, sales, shrink and labor data; report to upper management.
• Maintain and improve sales performance and product quality.
• Inspect product for quality control and food safety standards.
• Promote product sales through attractive displays and promotions.
• Ensure safe, clean and compliant store environment.
