Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager in Florence, SC (Store 124). The role oversees up to 25 associates in Grocery, possibly HBC/GM, supporting direction, coordination, and evaluation according to policies and laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training associates, planning and directing work, appraising performance, and resolving issues. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company's training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
