Sprouts Farmers Market in Florida is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to oversee daily operations, team leadership, and customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist the Grocery Manager with merchandising, inventory, and employee development, while maintaining high standards of service and store safety.

The role requires 18+ with retail management experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred
• Be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and supervision of the Grocery team
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction and teamwork
• Help lead a team to deliver high quality products and exceptional customer service
• Assist in hiring, training and developing the Grocery Team
• Unload and sort store deliveries and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
