Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products in the department and store.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions, offering suitable suggestions.
• Provide samples to help customers discover new items and inform them of dairy specials.
• Ensure freshness by reviewing sell by dates and maintaining proper temperatures and logs.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; report discrepancies to the manager.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures; communicate any unsafe conditions to management.
