Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Operate the cash register and process all payment types.
• Count back change and issue receipts.
• Ensure compliance with WIC, food stamps, tobacco, liquor, and lottery rules.
• Bag merchandise and support drive-up and carry-out services.
• Stay knowledgeable of item lookup numbers and weekly ad changes.
• Stock, face, rotate merchandise, and keep shelves clean.
• Maintain a clean register area and report cash levels.
• Verify register balances at the start and end of shifts.
• Communicate clearly via intercom/phone and assist customers as needed.
• Support store safety and security.
• Assist management with displays and promotions and take on special projects.
• Maintain personal hygiene and dress standards and report on time.
