Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. is seeking a Retail Professional to uphold the Diamond Difference standards in our Northeast Ohio (and Chicago) stores. You will prioritize daily work, learn the Grocery Department, and collaborate with teammates to maintain inventory, merchandise, and freshness across departments.

Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication, urgency, and the ability to work independently. The role supports a strong growth path with a focus on customer service and teamwork in a store

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work non-traditional five-day schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions (hot or cold).

• Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as a team to complete daily tasks: scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
