Job summary

Heinen’s is hiring a Retail Professional to uphold the Diamond Difference standards across our kitchen and service areas in Northeast Ohio. You will assist associates, maintain dish cleanliness, and ensure strict sanitation while following company policies.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, weekend availability, and a strong sense of urgency. Join a team that values quality service and balanced schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide other associates with assistance in the kitchen, as needed, and follow all sanitary and health-related processes.
• Clean dish storage areas.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual cleaning methods.
• Follow sanitation policies at all times.
• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Comply with all personal and food safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and evenings.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.
