Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. is hiring a part-time Grocery Associate in Avon, OH. The role requires up to 29 hours weekly with shifts from 8am to 8:30pm, including evenings and weekends. The position includes opportunities for promotion within a premier Northeast Ohio grocery chain.

Responsibilities include prioritizing daily work, mastering Grocery Department knowledge, writing orders, stocking, merchandising, and participating in training. Benefits include insurance, 401k, PTO, and product discounts.

Salary Range: $15.00 To $21.00 Annually

• Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.

• Be production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing.
• Possess the ability to frequent lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work the amount of hours required to meet company objectives, with the understanding that occasionally business needs will require additional time.
• Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
