Job summary

Afresh seeks a Deployment Strategist to translate grocer problems into AI-powered solutions. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, customers, sales, and product, shaping opportunities, sizing business cases, and directing what we build.

You’ll collaborate with executives, commercial teams, and engineers, leading discovery, prioritizing problems, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role such as strategy or technology consulting, systems integration, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or enterprise sales.
• Commercial experience working with Sales to shape and win new business.
• Ability to map grocer business problems to use cases and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with merchants, planners, analysts, IT, and executives to identify high-value problems.
• Shape the opportunity and build a business case with Sales.
• Define MVP, success criteria, and timelines; guide Engineering on the right solution.
• Own the customer engagement from discovery to deployment and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Drive adoption and expansion by ensuring ongoing value and uncovering next opportunities.
