Job summary

Afresh is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to drive end-to-end integrations with grocery retail partners and Afresh teams. You will translate customer needs into technical designs, coordinate multi-team efforts, and guide data interfaces from discovery to go-live.

You will collaborate with data engineering, product, and data science to deliver impactful integration solutions while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and on-time delivery. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to independently own and execute complex integration projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading technical discovery and solution design with customer IT stakeholders, including drafting design documentation.
• Data transformation and design experience working with data engineers, data scientists, and SMEs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute integration projects from customer discovery through go-live—create detailed plans with milestones and risks, coordinating stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery and design engagements with customers, including on-sites and documentation of data interfaces for ML model training/deployment.
• Apply knowledge of Afresh's data model and integration patterns to assess fit and propose design adjustments.
• Analyze complex data relationships and build queries or lightweight tools for validation and data mapping.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product engineering, and data science to deliver integration delivery and surface risks.
