Job summary

Afresh is hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer to partner with grocery retailers and Afresh colleagues to deploy our AI-driven fresh food solution and drive end-to-end integrations. • Own and execute integration projects from discovery to go-live with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Lead technical discovery and design engagements with customers, scoping data interfaces and timelines.
• Apply knowledge of Afresh data model and integration patterns to assess fit and propose design tweaks.
• Analyze data relationships, identify root causes, and build queries or tools for validation.
• Collaborate with data eng, product, and data science to drive delivery and resolve risks.
• Influence internal discussions with customer context and share learnings across teams.
• Contribute to docs, templates, onboarding, and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute integration projects from discovery to go-live with milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead technical discovery and design engagements with customers, scoping 10–15 data interfaces and delivery timelines.
• Apply Afresh data model knowledge to evaluate standard approaches and propose design adjustments.
• Analyze data relationships and build lightweight tools to streamline validation and mapping.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and data science to deliver integration and manage risks.
• Share learnings across Product, Sales, and Customer Success and influence internal decisions.
• Contribute to team docs, templates, onboarding content, and mentor junior members.
