Job summary

CommodityAI is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Strategist to own end-to-end customer deployments, transforming messy, real-world commodity trading workflows into production AI systems. You will be one of our first forward-deployed hires, working directly with customers, engineering, and product while helping build our deployment function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in deployment, implementation, consulting, or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven ownership from discovery to go-live on complex deployments.
• Strong project-management skills for multiple parallel deployments.
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor.
• Experience building or prototyping AI-driven workflows, not just using AI for writing.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete deployment lifecycle across multiple customers, including discovery, scoping, configuration, UAT, launch, and go-live.
• Map customer workflows to CommodityAI’s AI agent platform and define data models, mappings, and business rules.
• Lead kickoff sessions, trainings, and stakeholder reviews from operators to executives.
• Act as internal project manager, maintain momentum, surface risks, and drive toward concrete outcomes.
• Translate deployment learnings into product feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Create playbooks, templates, runbooks, and internal tools to speed future deployments.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to prototype solutions and automate workflows.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, including US, Europe, and Asia.
