Job Description:
Perform and report Grinding Utility operational activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
Night Shift: 2, 2, 3 Shift - 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Hours: Night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Food Prep systems following Royal Canin Operating Procedures to ensure safety, productivity, and efficiency.
- Execute Food Prep activities based on production schedules and requirements.
- Conduct Quality Control checks and analysis on incoming materials as per Royal Canin Quality Procedures.
- Perform routine inventories of raw materials.
- Prepare and manage delivery equipment for receiving materials.
- Receive, unload, and document raw materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting for material receiving and storage.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Document activities related to Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation as per procedures.
- Assist in other production, sanitation, maintenance, and quality activities as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to optimize operations.
- Comply with all Royal Canin Quality Procedures and GMP standards.
- Adhere to safety requirements and perform sanitation procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Stand on concrete floors and wear proper PPE.
- Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
- Adapt to environmental extremes such as temperature variations, dust, dirt, and chemicals.
- Maintain vision correctable to 20/20.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Competency in computer skills, including MS Office and email.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Manufacturing experience.

- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
