Job Description:

Perform and report Grinding Utility operational activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Night Shift: 2, 2, 3 Shift - 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Hours: Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate Food Prep systems following Royal Canin Operating Procedures to ensure safety, productivity, and efficiency.
2. Execute Food Prep activities based on production schedules and requirements.
3. Conduct Quality Control checks and analysis on incoming materials as per Royal Canin Quality Procedures.
4. Perform routine inventories of raw materials.
5. Prepare and manage delivery equipment for receiving materials.
6. Receive, unload, and document raw materials and supplies.
7. Maintain accurate data entry and reporting for material receiving and storage.
8. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
9. Document activities related to Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation as per procedures.
10. Assist in other production, sanitation, maintenance, and quality activities as directed.
11. Communicate effectively with team members to optimize operations.
12. Comply with all Royal Canin Quality Procedures and GMP standards.
13. Adhere to safety requirements and perform sanitation procedures.
14. Perform other assigned duties.
15. Stand on concrete floors and wear proper PPE.
16. Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
17. Adapt to environmental extremes such as temperature variations, dust, dirt, and chemicals.
18. Maintain vision correctable to 20/20.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Competency in computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Manufacturing experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
