Pay Target: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Thursday - Monday, 12:00 AM (midnight) to 8:30 AM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Responsibilities:

This position is crucial in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Lead Package Handlers work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages and prepare outgoing freight
• Train sorters to perform tasks safely and accurately
• Provide feedback to sorters
• Inspect packages for safety for transportation
