Job Description:

Perform and report Grinding Utility operational activity to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Shift: Night Shift: 2,2,3 Shift - 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate Food Prep systems in accordance with Royal Canin Operating Procedures, maintaining safety, productivity, and efficiency.
2. Perform Food Prep activities based on production schedules and requirements.
3. Conduct Quality Control checks and analyses on incoming materials as per Royal Canin Quality Procedures.
4. Perform routine inventories of raw materials.
5. Prepare and receive delivery equipment for raw materials.
6. Unload raw materials and supplies from delivery trucks.
7. Enter and report material receiving and storage data as required.
8. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
9. Document Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation activities following procedures.
10. Assist in other production, sanitation, maintenance, and quality activities as directed.
11. Communicate effectively with team members to optimize quality, safety, and efficiency.
12. Comply with all Royal Canin Quality Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
13. Adhere to safety requirements and sanitation procedures.
14. Perform housekeeping and sanitation tasks per Food Safety and Sanitation Program.
15. Other duties as assigned.
16. Stand on concrete floors; wear proper PPE; perform bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
17. Adapt to environmental extremes such as hot, cold, dust, dirt, and chemicals.
18. Maintain vision corrected to 20/20.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
• Competent in computer use, MS Office, and email.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Manufacturing experience required.
