Job Summary:

The Lead Non-CDL Driver ensures their team has all necessary information and drives an Air Sweeper Truck, providing prompt service to customers on scheduled routes, including parking lots, contractors, municipalities, and construction sites.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate Air Sweeper Truck to remove debris such as pavement, asphalt, concrete, mud, and seasonal waste.
2. Perform inspections of the Air Sweeper before use.
3. Conduct minor mechanical checks of the truck and equipment.
4. Wear proper PPE at all times.
5. Review and understand scheduled routes.
6. Ask questions if route details are unclear.
7. Operate the equipment safely and efficiently.
8. Complete tasks within designated timeframes.
9. Maintain work quality and track completed tasks.
10. Report equipment issues or incidents within 8 hours.
11. Refuel the truck at shift end.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
2. CDL A or B preferred, with current Medical Card.
3. Willingness to obtain a DOT Physical.
4. Pass pre-employment compliance checks.
5. Work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
6. Exposure to noise, fumes, chemicals, and vibrations.
7. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs., push, pull, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
8. Good vision and focus, with use of safety equipment.
9. Manual dexterity and reaching capabilities.
