Aerotek in Rogers, MN is hiring for a Grinder/Shop Labor in a permanent, fully onsite role. You will work with the 1st shift laser operator on production tasks, performing grinding, sanding, deburring, loading parts, and other typical shop duties.

Candidates should bring general labor experience and comfort in a fabrication environment, with proficiency with power tools and the ability to lift and move parts.

Job Title: Grinder/Shop Labor

Work closely and assist the 1st shift laser operator with production. Duties may include grinding, heavy lifting, sanding, loading parts, grabbing material, deburring, and other typical shop duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist the 1st shift laser operator with production tasks.
• Perform grinding, sanding, and deburring as required.
• Load and unload parts and materials.
• Perform heavy lifting and general shop duties.

Essential Skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
