Aerotek in Orlando, FL is seeking entry CNC Laser Operators for an Oviedo metals company. No prior CNC laser experience required; candidate will receive on‑the‑job training and grow with the team. No CNC laser experience is required for entry-level candidates. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals with a willingness to learn. Candidates with previous machine operation, laser cutting, metal fabrication, forklift, crane, or material-handling experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Hours: 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Operate and monitor CNC laser-cutting equipment
Load and unload steel plates and other metal materials
Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes
Review work orders, cut lists, and production instructions
Measure materials and finished parts for accuracy
Sort, label, stage, and prepare completed orders for shipment
Perform basic machine inspections and routine equipment checks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals
Entry-level candidates are welcome and will be trained
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or metal-handling experience is preferred but not required
CNC laser, plasma table, burn table, saw, press brake, or fabrication experience is a plus
Forklift or overhead-crane experience is a plus
Ability to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions
Basic computer and keyboard skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Good attendance and dependable transportation
Ability to handle steel and other heavy materials safely
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $39520.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
