Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read instructions and follow processes.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; Epicor experience is helpful.
• Ability to read, write, and understand plant instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment.
• Deburr, grind, buff, and polish materials to specifications.
• Read and follow SOPs, process instructions, and job orders.
• Perform quality control checks and visually inspect finished parts.
• Use and maintain hand tools to set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Complete production reports and other required documentation.
• Enter and maintain production information in Epicor.
