Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role in the last 2 years.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to read prints, work orders, and follow instructions.
• Must have basic computer skills and visual inspection ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel‑toe shoes, etc.)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to produce parts according to specifications
• Inspect and test products using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform minor preventative maintenance (check fluids, oil machines, etc.)
• Read prints and work instructions to ensure accurate production
• Set up and align tooling, dies, and fixtures in machine beds
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve production problems as they arise
