Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing/Production experience in fast-paced, continuous improvement changing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the fabrication team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily team activities to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports in the ERP system.
• Identify training needs and coach team members to improve skills and efficiency.
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and coordinate repairs.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S adherence throughout fabrication.
