Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Material Handler in Faribault, MN for a temporary/contract role. You will handle material transactions, support production, and operate a variety of warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd with weekly pay at $20.00 per hour. Candidates must lift up to 50 pounds, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to read SOPs and job travelers in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect parts.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completing work tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct material transactions according to production schedule and Epicor (ERP) signals.
• Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to SOPs.
• Pull, issue, and transfer parts within Epicor (ERP).
• Learn to operate various forklifts.
• Read and understand job travelers and sales orders.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Clean, restock, and organize the warehouse area.
