We are seeking a Grinder Operator to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

1. Grinding preforms, strapping, and scrap to supply production; monitor quality.
2. Report the amount and type of ground material accurately.
3. Support Receiving Department: unload railcars, read silos, load recycled cardboard, unload supplies.
4. Change blades, service dust collector filters.
5. Follow all safety requirements and work safely.
6. Maintain a clean work environment.
7. Operate a forklift safely for stacking and positioning materials.
8. Work independently to complete tasks efficiently.
9. Use hand tools for grinder maintenance and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications
