Position Details:

2. Salary Range: $15.75 - $17.75/hour
3. Position Type: Permanent with benefits
4. Shift: Entry level 3rd shift (6am – 10am and 10pm – 10am for three days)
5. Sign-on Bonus: $1000, with additional bonuses every 6 months

Job Description:

Manufacturing company seeks an Entry Level 3rd Shift Grinder Machine Operator willing to learn new skills. Responsibilities include loading material into the grinder and processing into pellet form for reprocessing into sheet form.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma, GED, or higher education with some manufacturing experience
2. Experience with extrusion and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion is a plus
3. Ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
4. Experience with tools such as hammers, grinders, drills, saws, nail guns
5. Mechanically inclined with good math skills
6. Basic computer skills and tow motor operation
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with assistance for over 50 lbs.)
9. Availability to work 12-hour shifts on Monday and Wednesday nights and Monday mornings
