Job description

Pay: - 2nd Shift: Starting at $19/hour

• Up to $21/hour for candidates with relevant experience and strong qualifications

Shift: - 2nd Shift- 3PM-12AM

Job Duties: - Operate manual grinding machines with precision

• Manually grind diamond tools to customer specifications

• Perform quality inspections of finished tools to ensure accuracy

• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Collaborate with experienced team members and trainers

Requirements: - Prior experience with manual machining or grinding preferred

• Comfortable working with precision tools and fine measurements

• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of expert trainers
