Job summary

IPEX is seeking a Grinder Operator to join our Pineville, NC manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment safely and efficiently, maintain quality, and support continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a 12-hour shift schedule (4 days on, 4 days off) with $24.76 per hour, bi-weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, a company 401(k) with match, and on-the-job training with opportunities for growth.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grinder Operator to join our team at our Pineville 2 Molding Plant, Pineville, NC. This role reports to the Process Supervisor and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $24.76 an hour
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off), 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
• Bi-weekly pay
