IPEX in Pineville, NC is seeking a Grinder Operator for night shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) to operate production equipment safely and maintain quality. This role reports to the Process Supervisor and is ideal for safety-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will follow safety, environmental, and company policies, wear provided PPE, and participate in safety programs while contributing to continuous improvement and growth within a leading manufacturer.
